Back to the Blues Gospel Festival
with Danny Brooks

Chilliwack BC Canada,
July 30

Hal David 90th Birthday Celebration,
Los Angeles October 17.
I've had the honor of working with some of my favorite songwriters the last few years. Two men who had some of the greatest influence on me as a writer were Burt Bacharach and Hal David.
Hal was the lyricist for such standards as Raindrops Keep Falling on Your Head...Close to You...I'll Never Fall in Love Again..."Raindrops" garnered an Academy Award for Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. In addition, What's New Pussycat, Alfie, and The Look of Love received Oscar nominations.
Hal David's other million-sellers include Do You Know the Way to San Jose, Walk on By, What The World Needs Now is Love, and To All the Girls I've Loved Before -- all of which have become pop standards.

Feb. 26/27 2012, Workshop/ Concert with the Vancouver Good Noise Gospel Choir
